MARITIME EXHIBITON - 2026   

2-30 July | Vancouver Arts Centre 

Artists are invited to submit work responding to the maritime environment. From the vastness of the open ocean to the nuances of coastal life, this exhibition seeks artworks that explore and interpret the beauty, power and mystery of the sea. All members of the creative community aged 16 years and over are encouraged to submit entries.

Only the first 70 entries will be accepted for the Maritime Art Exhibition 2026 which will be held at the Vancouver Arts Centre.

ENTRY PROCESS: 

  • Entries open: Wednesday 8th April 2026, 10am

  • Entries close: Friday 22nd May, 4.30pm or once all 70 entries have been allocated (whichever comes first)

  • Entry form is available via the link below. You will receive an email confirmation once application has been received.

  • For anyone without access to the internet or who needs assistance to enter online, please contact the Vancouver Arts Centre 6820 3740.

  • Entry fee – there is a non-refundable fee of $15, payable at time of entry.

AWARDS:

There will be 1 x Judges Winning Artwork prize of $500 and

4 x Highly Commendable prizes of $250 each, all decided by a panel of judges.

DELIVERY OF ARTWORKS:

Monday June 22nd between 10am and 4pm at the Vancouver Arts Centre

COLLECTION OF ARTWORKS:

Only on Friday 31 July, between 10am and 4pm at the Vancouver Arts Centre
