ARTIST STATEMENT This piece is inspired by the highs and lows / light and darkness of life experienced by the artist as a result of her disability, bipolar disorder. The theme is represented through geometric shapes, black textiles, metallic embroidery and lighting.

MATERIALS/TECHNIQUES Recycled and thrifted materials including milk bottles, tulle and embroidery thread.
